Club Court structural excellence
Manufactured from galvanised S275JR steel, the structure offers excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The side and upper frames incorporate welded mesh compliant with UNE-EN 10223-4, with intermediate reinforcement to prevent vibration. Galvanised self-locking fixings enable fast, secure assembly. All our structures are produced using advanced manufacturing technologies:

Tempered safety glass
Every padel court is fitted with high-performance tempered safety glass. Our courts use 10 or 12 mm glass, manufactured in Spain and bearing CE marking.
Polished edges, neoprene joints and galvanised fixings provide excellent impact resistance, clear visibility and compliance with European standards.
Powder-coated finishes for customised structures
