Intelligent design and lightweight performance
A lightweight padel court structure manufactured from hot-dip galvanised S275JR steel for maximum durability and secured to the ground with reinforced anchor plates. The side and upper frames incorporate welded mesh compliant with UNE-EN 10223-4, together with intermediate reinforcement to prevent vibration.

Tempered safety glass
High-performance tempered safety glass is fitted to every padel court. ACE courts use 10 mm tempered safety glass, manufactured in Spain and bearing CE marking.
Polished edges, neoprene joints and galvanised fixings provide excellent visibility and impact resistance while ensuring compliance with European safety standards.
Powder-coated finishes for customised structures
