In 2021, Portico Sport introduced the Club Tournament Plus, the world’s first hurricane-resistant padel court. Our engineering team has now developed the Tournament Plus, combining panoramic glass walls with a refined steel structure capable of withstanding wind speeds of up to 80 m/s while preserving an elegant panoramic appearance.

Its exclusive system of eight removable steel braces can be installed or removed quickly as conditions require, transforming a standard panoramic court into an exceptionally robust hurricane-ready structure within minutes. With wind resistance of up to 273.6 km/h, it offers outstanding safety together with a contemporary appearance for clubs and resorts.

Tournament+ Court structural excellence
Manufactured from galvanised S275JR steel profiles for excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The side and upper frames incorporate welded mesh compliant with UNE-EN 10223-4, with intermediate reinforcement for vibration control.
A specialist system of eight removable steel braces allows the structure to be adapted to different weather conditions and provides long-term strength. Galvanised self-locking bolts and nuts enable fast assembly.

Premium safety glass for hurricane-resistant padel courts
Every hurricane-resistant padel court is fitted with 12 mm tempered safety glass, manufactured in Spain and bearing CE marking. Polished edges, neoprene joints and galvanised fixings provide safety, stability and excellent visibility.
Engineered for impact resistance and long-term performance, the glass complies with European standards for professional padel play.
